3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must comply with local laws and regulations during the trip.
- The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
5. Liability
- Jolly Cabs is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip unless due to the negligence of our drivers.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Vehicle Availability
- Jolly Cabs makes every effort to ensure that vehicles are available at the agreed time and location.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may provide an alternative vehicle of similar or better quality.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
