Cancellation Before Driver Assignment
Cancellations made before a driver is assigned are free of charge. Contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp to cancel.
Cancellation After Driver Assignment
If a driver has already been assigned or has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply as stated in your booking confirmation.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
No-Show Policy
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.
